Own the rights?
I saw this film recently at the TORONTO FILM FESTIVAL It was one of the standouts in the collection of shorts that were shown. It was a while ago so I'm not going to pretend that I remember the entire plot, but it basically is about a very cursed uncle whose luck gets turned around in the end. A "genetic" disorder that passes the bad luck gene on to members of the family gets literally knocked out of the bad luck uncle and passed on to the next born in the family. Kristen is great in the role and is a talent to watch out for... see TOUCH OF PINK for more! I don't know where anyone would ever see this film except in a film festival (can you rent shorts? and if you can is there a discount?), but if you ever get a chance to see it then I recommend it!
