An odd little cartoon.

This is an animation based on some stand-up act where someone (IMDB does not indicate who--though the film says it was Rex Navarrete) pretends they are a Filipino illegal alien working for the Super-Friends. Because the audio was performed in front of a live audience, there is lots of snickering and laughter--sometimes at things that aren't all that funny. However, on the plus side, it certainly was daring and far from politically correct--and I did laugh when the narrator explained why they thought Batman might be gay as well as a few other funny remarks. The idea of a Filipino servant might easily offend--and many might think it isn't all that funny. Actually, while I thought a lot of the jokes weren't great, the animation was very cute--and worked better due to the excellent graphics. And, it certainly was different. In fact, very little seems to be novel--and the film certainly has a lot of novelty about it.
