- A serial killer graphically murders women. Their bare breasts are seen, and they are often naked.
- One character is both a masseuse and a prostitute. She dresses in scant, tight-fitting clothing. She once asks the main character to come to her apartment for "services".
- A good portion of the game takes place at a sadomasochist club. Disturbing, violent and sexual paintings and mannequins are part of the club's decorum.
- The main character's boss turns out to be a member of an S & M club.
- The main character once states "I usually get kissed before getting fucked." In the context it's used, it classifies as a double entendre.
- The main character receives a phone call from her boyfriend, asking her to come to his art gallery, and they can go "unwind" together afterwards.
- A man has pornographic magazines in his apartment, as well as Polaroids of nude women taped to his walls. Not graphic.
- The main character will state to the player, while investigating the apartment "I don't need a semen sample".

- This game is very violent, graphic, and bloody even by modern standards.
- A woman is shown dead in a bathtub, sitting in bloody water.
- As the main character inspects a house for clues on a murder, blood can be shown splattered and spread all over the floor (in some rooms).
- When a mortician goes into details about a woman's graphic murder, an artistic version of the murder is shown, complete with blood. More frightening than gory.
- A woman's body is laying nude on an autopsy table. The serial killer later comes by and mutilates her more, leaving an inscision in her abdomen. Graphic.
- A woman's body is found in a garage. Blood is splattered everywhere, and when her body is investigated up close blood is seen soaking her face, dress, and stomach. Some disemboweled entrails can be seen. Very graphic.
- The main character keeps records of murders, as well as post mortem photographs. They're all disturbing and bloody.
- A woman is stabbed multiple times in the abdomen while she is concious. Her face splatters with blood as it occurs. She doesn't struggle or scream.
- A detective finds a dead prostitute wrapped in a blanket. A bit of blood is shown beneath the body's head.
- A detective finds a brutally mutilated body in a sewer tunnel. Blood is everywhere, and the limbs of the corpse are disfigured. The body appears to mostly viscera. Very graphic but seen from a distance.
- Blood is shown splashed on a floor when the main character goes back to an apartment to investigate.
- A man has his throat slit by the killer. He's shown clutching it. When the main character wakes up from unconsciousness, his body is shown laying on the ground, blood pooled on the floor.
- A man assaults another man with his fists and later a telephone. No blood.
- A detective begins to paint disturbing photographs, modeled after his brutal cases. They are all disturbing, and some are bloody and creepy.
- The main character discovers a torture chamber underneath a sadomadochist club.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- This game, while not classified as horror, can get frightening and gory. The music occasionally played in the background is very creepy, and the game sets up tension that can make the player feel unsettled and always on the watch for danger.
- This game is recommended for 16+ respectively for graphic violence, blood and gore, sexual themes, nudity, and language. It is not as tamed by standards as some would expect it.
