The Definitive Aviation Experience
15 February 2006 | by See all my reviews

I've been a pilot for over 20 years. It's impossible to count the number of times that I've been asked by non-pilots to describe my feelings about aviation. You see, words alone can never capture the experience. I no longer need worry about answering that question. ONE SIX RIGHT is the definitive aviation experience regardless of whether you've flown for 20 years or 2 days. This brilliant intelligent film explains why we fly and why we want to fly as long as we live. Only a pilot could understand the aviation experience. However, very few pilots could memorialize our love of flying in a film for the ages. I'm very pleased to know that whenever anybody asks me why I fly I can always hand them the DVD and tell them "watch this - you'll understand!" The photography and soundtrack are stunning. Thank you - I never thought that anybody could capture the joy, the fears, the challenge and yes, the love of flying that we all cherish.
