The Volatile Woman is an interesting little movie, made by the director of the very strange gore-fest, Kichiku, This film documents what happens when a fumbling burglar all of a sudden takes control of a small roadside stand, and the woman who runs it. Actually, the woman seems to be in control most of the time, but is soon charmed by this goof ball of a burglar that she allows herself to fall in love with him, even though she looks to be the sort of person who can take control of herself and of others. The 2 lead actors here, although not the most attractive, seem to spark each other quite well, leading to a lot of amusing screen chemistry. The story itself is interesting and the ending is satisfying.. what more can you ask for?
