Awesome live music DVD
21 July 2006 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

The quality of video and audio on this DVD is astounding! It sounds as close to CD quality as I have ever heard of a live performance recording.

The performance itself is intense. These guys are tight as hell, and they have a blast on stage. This performance is a statement too, as Audioslave is the first American rock band to have ever performed in Cuba. They put on a free show in Havana, open to the public, with no idea how it will turn out--and 70,000 people attend! Unreal.

Be sure to check out the documentary on the DVD too. It has some great footage of the band members as individuals, and really illustrates the band's diversity, as well as its humanitarian mentality.

Overall, the DVD was very well produced. It is definitely one of the best music DVD's I've watched, and well worth the purchase.
