SPOILER: There is a scene in the closing credits: Gargamel and Azrael, stuck in New York, moan their fate. Gargamel then notices the viewer and attacks the camera with his wand.

Part of the closing credits are seen in the waterfall portal, from which appear photographs of the Winslows and the Smurfs after their encounter: the Winslows are seen with their newborn son Blue, and Smurf Village is rebuilt to resemble New York City.
