I saw this film at a 24 hour film festival and couldn't believe it. All the crap that's out there in the movie theaters that cost millions of dollars to make and films of this quality are written, shot and edited in less than 48 hours???? I'm not a big movie fan to begin with for the above reasons but my girlfriend took me to the festival that The Sound of Slyness was screened at to see a different film her friend was acting in. Her friends movie was okay but The Sound of Slyness screened right after her friends and was at another level. The acting, the story, the sets, the direction, everything was superb. What was most impressive to me again was the limited amount of time it took to put together such a quality product. I don't know how these 24 hour festivals work, but they should put these movies out on video.
