"Gossip Girl" starlets Blake Lively and Leighton Meester are no strangers to rivalry. They duke it out on-screen as Serena and Blair, TV's ultimate fashionable frenemies. It's also been widely reported that the two are less than friendly off-screen. Now it seems like the beauties will be battling it out on the big screen as well.

With the success of Lively's latest film "The Town" and the release of the trailer for Meester's  "The Roommate", we couldn't help but wonder if Queen S or Queen B would be the first to pull a Mischa Barton and request to be killed off their hit show.
