Trivia

Was originally put out as a limited edition promotional VHS called "Stuck In The Middle Of Everywhere" during Lit's 2001/2002 "Atomic" tour. This was only 2 hours long and featured most of the footage that made it onto the "All Access" DVD. "Stuck In The Middle Of Everywhere" is currently out of print since "All Access" replaced it.
