Sex & Nudity

Smith walks through the hallway of a whorehouse and several scenes of people having sex is shown.

When Smith finds Donna, a man is sucking her breast and milk is dripping from the sides of his mouth and down his chin.

Smith and Donna have sex which gets inturupted by a shootout but incredibly they finish.

A man stands behind a dumpster receiving oral sex from Donna who is trying to raise money for the baby.

A dead woman's breast is shown and Hertz begins to fondle her.

Violence & Gore

There are multiple violent scenes of people dying. People get shot and blood spurts out, a couple people get stabbed with a carrot which instantly kills them, and many other violent deaths are seen. Many times in the movie you see the aftermath of the collisions and many dead bodies are seen with bloody marks and blood pools around them. There is a torture scene when Smith gets a few of his fingers broken and screams in pain. Multiple gun scenes and other death scenes are shown throughout the movie, hence the title Shoot 'Em Up.

Profanity

There are uses of f**k, f**kin', and other variations of the f word. There are some d**ns, sh*t, and other cuss words. There is also some sexual terms such as pussy, and titties, tit, and other parts of the female body or just slang sexual terms. The characters also say this like Jesus and God.

Many people in the movie, some not the characters, but people around them, smoke and drink.

About 90% of the movie.
