The premise that the entire inheritance could go to one of two siblings only, is factually impossible in Sweden. All biological or adopted children of someone deceased are entitled by law to equal shares of half the worth of the estate. The deceased can only decide completely about the other half in Sweden, and thus can never completely disinherit any or all of their children (or the heirs of already passed children).
