Very good facts and back up of proof, definitely nowhere near close to "SCIENCE FICTION"
hybrid_theory_bd17 March 2008
Okay, first of all i find it very stupid how all these people are giving this great film a low rating.... all they seem to talk about is how bad the parts that discussed 911. THERE IS MORE TO THE FILM THAN THAT, and so what it doesn't matter if its just Alex Jones doing it!? why does that matter? he VERY CLEARLY just made Michael Moore look like an idiot and look at his films, they probably have lots of people involved in them and it even went to theaters! why hasn't Alex Jones movies gone there? Its obvious hes a fraud, in Michael Moore's film he ignored all the really intense facts about 911 then when he gets him to talk all he says is "That would be un-American" so what? its unamerican to question things and to find out what the truth is? Alex Jones is a great man, he makes amazing documentaries... and for the people who are bitching saying he makes bad movies, your stupid. a movie doesn't need to look all cool to get a point across and have very few people involved, his DSIBG movie is a great movie. Also for the people who say they fall asleep during Alex Jones rants, maybe you should stay up and actually listen to what hes saying before you judge the movie? haha i bet you didn't even finish the movie considering all of you who give bad ratings only comment on the 911 parts mostly, there is a lot more to the documentary than that, how about all the Arnold Schwarzenegger things, and the rest of the documentary? and no this is not a "science fiction film" he backs up his claims with news sites and talks to different people all over the place. You people are all just afraid to wake up to the reality so your finding ways to doubt everything this film says.

An Acquired Taste
CharlieMcCarthy31 July 2006
Alex Jones is an acquired taste to those who like movies like this, and an easy target for those who don't.

A lot of reviews of this film tend to focus on stereotypes not present within this actual film and base it off 'common consensus' of conspiracy-theorists.

A lot of childish reactions have been made as so called reviews, but I'll attempt to actually review the movie.

While very flamboyant and direct in his approach, Alex Jones focuses on Police officers overstepping boundaries and using the Patriot Act to do so. This includes a large section of Alex talking about the arrests of protesters during the RNC in New York. He is somewhat too confrontational at this point and tries to goat on-duty police officers into overstepping their bounds.

The other main focus is 9/11 and the conspiracy he believes lies behind it. Unlike other documentaries on the subject "Martial Law 9/11" tends not to focus on zoomed up footage or the pentagon but rather quotes news articles about the event that were lost in the confusion of the initial days. While not entirely convincing, he brings up perfectly valid points that are dismissed by association by people that (for some reason or another) decided to watch a documentary they knew they were going to hate. For example that only buildings within the WTC complex were destroyed, including WTC 7, while much closer, more damaged buildings stand to this day.

I've also read a lot of lame-duck responses to his section on fires in other buildings throughout the world and them not falling. Instead of acknowledging this as a fact, the responses have been "if that were true the news would have talked about it case closed story over." This is a dangerous way of thinking and you're unintentionally giving truth to Alex's point about unthinking. If a firefighter or physicist expresses disagreement with official events and nobody decides to report it did he really say it?

The movie has flaws, and Mr. Jones can be a hand-full, but don't bother watching it if you already have made your decision. If you read some immature reviews with bad grammar, name calling and run on sentences and it convinced you not to watch this, I doubt you're an intended demographic.

Poignant and Stirring Voice for Slowing the Slide Into Fascism
jesussaddle25 July 2006
Warning: Spoilers
Firstly I will say that there are some people who will find this material disconcerting and disturbing, and they are unlikely to be able to accept the possibility that any facts are supported by reality or evidence.

But Alex Jones is no coward when it comes to looking for that which is unpleasant but nonetheless real. He puts a lot of emotional oomph into his work as he hammers on those in corporate government that he feels may further imperil our liberty, making the ride here enjoyable to those who feel that unfettered government and corporate power is more than just necessity or greed, but two truly sinister menaces to freedom.

Right or wrong Alex has strong opinions.

Okay, the fragile beliefs of many persons require them to seek out reassurances that facts presented here must not be true. How could anyone in power bear them ill will when they are at most a mere statistic? But it is the job of those in power to perform analysis with statistics, and to make decisions based upon these analyses. Isn't the most frightening theory the one that sez no one is even minding the store at all? While I don't support all of the conclusions or views I would be a coward if I didn't point out to the visitors to this site that much of the information here is in fact valid, and much of it also comes from mainstream sources, legitimate footage (such as the protester in the U.S. whose arm is broken by the police on purpose - the most revolting scene here).

It is, for example, found elsewhere that the majority of children in foster care are on psychiatric medicines - an obvious outpoint for a society that is bent on further socialist programs and micro-chipping of its public.

Obviously Alex wants no New World Order, and yet there are many who feel we must subscribe to some form of world government to solve crises such as global warming (for those who accept it.) A co-worker of mine said that we need to be ready to take the microchip one day soon.

Liberty. Is that an outdated word? What form of liberty is sustainable? One thing is for sure, if there were no Alex Jones' in the world we would have a more homogeneous society. And speaking up to the possibility that more is going on would be even more difficult over the complete lockstep around us.

An interesting point to note is that September 11 is New Years Day according to the Coptic calendar. Llewellyn's Spiritual Almanac sez so.

And George Bush senior first announced the "New World Order" on September 11, 1991, ten years before the fateful day.

So, count back EXACTLY 3 millennia and you arrive at New Years Day, Year One, Coptic (Egyptian Christian).

To every season, turn turn turn, a ritualistic sacrifice to launch a new millennium, another "1000 points of light for the homeless man, a kinder gentler machine gun hand". Go Alex Jones. God Bless America, and GOD I hope you're not right.

I've noticed that more then half of the reviews on film is a 1/10 even though it has a 7.7/10 on this very website.

If you all thought this film was a total joke you wouldn't taken the time to write all those bad reviews. In my opinion if think you are scared because this film is so strong and make very good points and facts, or you just have a lot of trust in the wrong people.

This is a very good documentary!, and it does have a lot of interesting facts in it, sure some things aren't proved but as long as the Us government doesn't tell the truth(or the whole story) we have more reason to believe Alex Jones then them, i mean at least Alex Jones isn't hiding anything, and at least Alex Jones story makes sense.

And if you prefer Michael Moores movies just because those are more professionaly made, you are totally missing the point of an documentary film, as you see in this film: Mr.Moore wouldn't bring up the "hard facts" about 9/11 in his movie Fahrenheit 911 because they weren't true, but because that would be un-American. Its a shame really because before that i respected that man highly.

And for those who say that if Alex Jones is right about the evil police state, why is he still alive? Well its pretty obvious that the government would look even worse if Alex Jones was killed, Especially since cover-ups aren't these guys strongest field.

Ask questions, Demand answers!

This is a work of genius
futurpastor29 July 2005
First of all, ignore the idiot who wrote the previous review- Alex Jones is relevant and captivating, not to mention quite reliable. The film documents a blatant series of absurd contradictions in the Goverments retelling of 9-11, the brutal treatment of protesters during the RNC, and the state of open martial law which is quickly enveloping America. You'd think this film was directed by a radical left liberal right? INCORRECT! Jones is in fact attempting to construct a NEW political paradigm by showing how deep our government's treason (both in this and the former administrations) truly is. Alex Jones makes some initially completely outrageous claims (ie: 9-11 was an inside job) but he backs everything up with REAL footage, credible sources (ie:BBC,ABC,CBS,CNN not "Bubba's conspiracy journal") and interviews with people such as David Gurgen, NYC police chiefs during the RNC,top engineers, and former Attorney Generals. This film is a must see.

An excellent review of the New World Order
jrs-1530 July 2005
Alex Jones' best and most powerful film to date, available from infowars.com. It covers the hardcore details of who really carried out 911, a look at how the phoney left vs right 'wings' play into the hands of the same puppet master globalists. (That element seems to upset a lot of people who are stuck 'in the box' which is why you will get conflicting reviews on here).

It also gets into the darker side and occultic nature of the NWO (even if you aren't 'into' the occult... understand that these monkeys are). Research into Bohemian Grove is also covered (using material of my own... blink and you might miss it!).

Much better than Michael Moore's 'Fahernheit 911' (also mentioned in the film), in fact it's not even in the same league.

Certainly worth watching and sharing out.

Very funny
yrsaerlaekker22 March 2006
Warning: Spoilers
Actually i like the documentary - they are funny - though i don't believe in them.

it is good that they make people question and find out things for them selves.

But it is funny that all the claims in them are not supported by evidence, but still idiots believe in them - just like idiots believe in Scientology, Bush or any religion. It is the same thing. Very funny that there actually are people like Spooky Mulder from the TV-series "x-files", they enrich our lives, by showing how low you can go in life. Thank you.

But it is funny that these people have not asked why the bad guys who planned all this have not found out where they are and killed them. It is also funny that Alex Jones really is the only one credited for doing the film, I don't think the guy have been critical of the material - because he made it himself. But all in all very funny, though it does not deserve a good grade.

America's slide into fascism
westpers28 September 2006
Martial law 9/11: rise of the police state is a documentary that puts the false flag atrocity of September 11 2001 in the context of current events of every day life in America, seen by footage from the streets of New York during the Republican convention of 2004 and related events at that time. I'll leave it up to the viewers to agree or disagree with this, but regardless, it's an excellent film.

It is, as some people here have suggested, not an examination of what is fairly obvious, it's rather an exposure of all that is obvious; which is bringing to light the true function of the predominant taboo of our age: the descent of America into police state totalitarianism, made possible by the terror demagogy that the American establishment has embraced as a quasi-religion to restructure American society. The results are visible when you see the police intimation and brutality, arrests of activists, high-tech surveillance, baseless detention of protesters in disease-ridden facilities and so forth.

There are of course some people here who either can't deal with the subject; or as I suspect the "people" who are slandering this documentary to degrade its standing in the statistics of this website; these viewers - supposedly from such obscure places as Djibouti, Iceland, The Faeroer Islands, Andorra and Guam- are really just one pathetic person spreading childish disinformation without having seen the film at all.

Hats off to Alex Jones and his efforts to fight for what is left of America's traditional freedoms.

interesting
fukallmonkeys1 June 2006
I found this documentary interesting. It is ample as you may find all commentators will agree and disagree with some of the points made. From attacking communists to attacking the supposedly fascist conspiracy ruling America and the world today, the extras even include torture by the police towards a pro-life demonstration. Alex Jones does lack professionalism but it is interesting seeing him criticize Michael Moore and the actually state of US policy with good points made too. I can only describe his politics as populist.

Schwarzenegger for president, the Nazis ties to the current political elite, the 9/11 truth commission, the bohemian grove sect, it's all there. I recommend this documentary to anyone interested in a bit of amateur journalism mixed with the greatest intent of institutionalizing conspiracy theories.

This is a poorly made documentary or good Science Fiction.
sjensen-430 January 2006
Warning: Spoilers
Then it came to pass: Alex Jones made his flawed documentary about the consequences of 9/11. First of all you can from the start see that Alex Jones has his own political agenda against President George Bush, and he misuses the documentary-form as his weapon against his foe. Let us get one thing strait: Alex Jones must be the most bias film-maker ever. The whole so called "documentary" is all about coming up with unlikely unintelligent reasons for 9/11. All the theories in this "documentary" are laughable and too complex to be true. The most outrageous theory in this "documentary" is that the planes, that flew into WTC 9/11 were actually remote-controlled by CIA (doesn't it all sound so laughable, of course it is). First of all it is not technical possible, secondly the pilots would have stopped it, thirdly the passengers would have noticed if there weren't any pilots or if they were over New York instead of their original destination and stopped the plane. Then the "documentary" also claims that extreme Islamists (Al Quaida) never could conceive a plan to hit the USA that hard – by that claim Alex Jones takes away all notions that people from the Middle East actually can think for them selves (that is funny that Alex Jones wrongfully claims this, when Extreme Islamist blow them selves up every day in Iraq). Alex Jones once again denies undeniable facts, cause everybody must have seen the videos after 9/11 were Al Quaida and Osama Bin Laden talks about 9/11 and praises the extreme Islamists who did I, and he also talks about that he, as an engineer, knew that all the jet fuel (kerasin) would slowly spread on the floor where the planes hit, here the jet fuel slowly burned and reached such a high temperature that the metal that held the building together bended and melted, and the building collapsed. This is what happened, and many people around the world saw Osama Bin Laden talk about it. Alex Jones arrogantly claims that it was CIA that steered the airplanes into WTC, and that the fuel couldn't burn so long (even though it can). He further more claims that it must have been CIA's bombs that blew WTC up. His evidence is that Iron melts at 3000 degrees, he says that the fuel couldn't have melted this because fuel burns instantly – I don't know were to start: as I said jet fuel is very different than normal gasoline – it DOES NOT BURN INSTANTLY. From then on I knew that Alex Jones would lie about everything else in the "documentary". Further of his "evidence" that it was bombs and airplanes that smashed WTC is that after the building had fallen over, rescue workers stood close to the metal and dug into the ground, Jones wrongfully claims that the metal would be to hot (3000 degrees) for any human to approach: but had it not dawned to Jones that metal cool quite rapidly and that it was hours later that the rescue workers arrived? Of course it didn't: I doubt that Alex Jones knows much about basic physics (cause if you did, you would laugh of his claims). Secondly: it was only a little part of the very long metal frame that became so hot – NOT THE WHOLE SKELETON.

If I should write up all the flaws of this "documentary" I would have a book the size of the bible.

I kept saying to my self: "does Alex Jones really mean this?" I am afraid he does. The only thing I am glad of was when I saw the credits, and it was revealed that Alex Jones was the main source and driving force behind the "documentary" – that means that there aren't any clever people who wanted to work with such a flawed filmmaker as Alex Jones. In my opinion you must lack certain logic skills, if you believe in Alex Jones' "documentary". Furthermore: if you believe in the Alex Jones' "documentary", you must logically also believe in UFO's, pixies, Santa Claus and that Elvis lives. But personally I don't think this is a "documentary", it must be a Science Fiction movie instead – disguised as a documentary, because the claims in this "documentary" are just too laughable to be taken seriously by any with a technical education (like I have: engineer). But as Science Fiction it is good, but totally flawed. I prefer Star Wars episode III revenge of the Sith – which has the same themes (it is just much more realistic).

The Truth
hwarne7621 January 2007
Everything Alex Jones talks about in this movie can be supported if you look for it. The movie simply doesn't have time to show all of the documentation, but if you do a bit of research yourself you can find all of it. The people who debunk this movie are just scared of the truth, that 9/11 was planned by the government. The evidence is so overwhelming that most people don't want to believe it, but you can't turn a blind eye to cold hard facts which is what Alex Jones repeatedly provides over and over in this movie. I suggest you check out his other movie, Secrets of Bohemian Grove, and you can for yourself see how screwed up our government is and how its all just a big good old boys club. Bush is as two faced as it gets, and we should all be scared.

Good
cienfuego17 October 2007
I really enjoyed this Docu/movie, from start to finish it kept me captivated and also gave me an insight into the general Public's opinions in the U.S on 911 and it's aftermath...something which most of the outside world don't hear (now the US is beginning to sound like China) I'd say something to do with Rupert Murdoch's ability to control the majority of the world's media...demonstrations all over the states in response to the U.S. truth commissions findings and the alleged cover up of 911...very interesting! albeit a little bombast in his approach Alex Jones does an affective job and presents the public with a lot of Un-answered questions. Why he attacks Michael Moore is baffling and this actually takes away from the film.

It has been debunked
lortepik91213 June 2006
Warning: Spoilers
This so-called "documentary", made by the uneducated Alex Jones, is at first a very believable film. But if you know something about science or the world then it is just fully flawed. I mangle this up with another poorly made conspiracy-film "loose change", which also states that the Bush-administration was behind 9/11.

And do anyone even think that the Bush administration is competent enough to do such a thing, planning such an attack: No, they are the most incompetent Government in many years.

But to all with intelligence it is a laughable theory. I went to many of the pages that tries to prove it, and they are all poorly made, by former x-files/star trek fans. All of the sites are very poorly made, many spelling errors, and poorly knowledge of science and physics. And it those sites this film (i will not call it a documentary, because it is a film, I.E. fiction) is based on, more or less. On of the many allegations of this film and its clones, is that the pentagon, on 9/11 was hit by a placed bomb or a missile. A very flawed theory, because the only thing the bases this on, is that you could not See the remains of the plane: of course you could not, the kinetic energy was so tense, that the plane was ripped to pieces very quickly (apparant to most people, that have had basic physics). Plus the did find millions of small pieces of plane at the pentagon, but the conspiracy-people then say that it was planted (yeah right, thousands of small pieces, in 3 minutes, LOL, pathetic theory). Then they claim that the Pentagon's air-defense/SAM-sites would have shot the plane down!! But as the Magazine, popular mechanics showed: it is a lie - there have never been advanced anti-aircraft-artillery at the pentagon, such would only be there in time of war. Plus there are constantly helicopters flying in and from the pentagon. Yet another direct lie from the conspirators (but they live on lies ($)). Then they so wrongfully claim that the planes that hit the World trade center, could not have put down the towers, because the jet fuel could not be so hot as to melt iron = once again the conspirators show that they don't know practical physics. When Iron gets heated up, it gets more weak, it can collapse, even if it is not melted. Plus it was so hot that it made the metal expand (a surprise to the conspiracy theorists i think), so that it made the concrete smolder and crack, making the whole building weaken, and suddenly collapse. The conspirators then claim that there was placed explosives in the towers, to take it down, about 1800 kilo-grammes or more. Well they don't know anything about explosives do they, such would require a lot of space (so it would be seen by the people there), and it would require VERY many cables, because you cant set the charge by electronics = to much electronic interference. More and more i say to my self: cant the conspirators just leave the problems to people with education?? but no, they are making money of it.

There are simply to much evidence that speaks against all of Alex Jones claims. The magazine "popular mechanics" have already shown that it is based on ignorance, or the need to get rich of people who loves conspiracies (Alex Jones are making more and more money all the time, as the theories are getting more popular).

Alex Jones, the political hero
angelusnd4 May 2006
Ignore most of these negative reviews. Watch it yourself and keep in mind if you have watched all his films and his weekly reports like i have you will know he proves all his points many many times with links to mainstream media reports or articles AND experts.

Even if you don't believe the truth like so many don't want to. There is still the fact that there are so many unanswered questions about 911 and has been Proved that the official story is a lie.

Alex Jones lets you copy and give away copies of his film to spread the word of whats really happening in this world. Please go check out his website prison planet.com or info wars.com fantastic.

He is also appearing in a film soon with Keanu Reeves, Downey Jr and George Clooney called A Scanner Darkly coming out soon

Outstanding documentary of the takeover of America
G-Com5 January 2006
Warning: Spoilers
Partially a newer documentary surrounding the 2004 Republican National Convention (which Alex Jones refers to as the "Skull and Bones" coronation,) held in New York City and partially older material culled mainly from his other outstanding documentary, "9/11: The Road to Tyranny," "Martial Law 9/11: Rise of the Police State" is a must-see for anyone who values liberty and has doubts about the "official" story of 9/11.

The images are extremely disturbing: mass arrests, surveillance blimps (complete with corporate sponsorship,) imprisoning of undesirables in an abandoned garage laden with asbestos, bullying tactics by police for minor "incidents," sound wave cannons, and members of the NYPD looking more like the military than a civilian police force.

Alex Jones is one of the few who is brave enough to expose the elitists who really run this country.

Raises important factual questions that critics carefully avoid addressing directly
Muttines11 June 2006
This film doesn't even profess to offer an objective or impartial account of contemporary events and shouldn't be dismissed out-of-hand for not aspiring to such a chimerical, and practically impossible, goal. Given the overt bias that pervades and plagues the mainstream media, perhaps such self-acknowledged subjectivity is a necessary, if not less deviant, methodological approach.

In terms of tone, rhetoric and visual presentation, this documentary issues a rather paranoid, anxious, but nonetheless credible view of the state of the world in which we and our subsequent offspring will live (or perhaps, be condemned?).

Jones uses well-researched, factually-supported arguments, most of which can be verified using mainstream media archives, to irrefutably prove the use of explosives to bring down the Twin Towers and (the third) Building No.7 on the 11th of September 2001. However, this aspect only represents a portion of the film's running time - the rest is dedicated to perhaps more shocking, obscure, (yet consistently supported and appropriately-cited) discussions on the subversive funding of Adolf Hitler by American Internationalists and their relationship with the Bush family: a family that today hold an increasingly arbitrary grip on power in the world's most powerful nation.

Critics of Jones' work tend to resort to two tactics. The first is 'ad hominem': instead of presenting a logical counter-argument to his well-cited and widely-researched discussion, they attempt to attack the character of the man himself, conveniently bypassing the facts rendered. The second is to ridicule the aesthetic presentation and format of his production: an approach which works toward the same end, and intriguingly avoids confuting the empirical arguments presented in the work.

Very much recommended. For more specialised and detailed documentaries scrutinising the official story of 9/11, see the fantastic (and very much BANNED in the Land of the Free) "Loose Change: 2nd Edition" and an equally authoritative lecture recorded at Wisconsin University, Madison and given by the respected academic Dr. Ray Griffin (author of "The New Pearl Harbour" and "The 9/11 Commission Report: Omissions And Distortions").

Third and worst part of Alex Jones' Science Fiction trilogy
jaltesorensen10 February 2006
Warning: Spoilers
As the headline indicates this is the third and worst part of Alex Jones' very poorly made Science Fiction trilogy. I have seen Ed Wood's movie "Plan 9 from Outer Space", which until now have had the title of "worst Science Fiction movie ever", and I can safely say that the title has been passed on to this movie: "Martial Law 9/11: Rise of the Police State". First of all it tries to sell itself of as a documentary, which it certainly isn't. First of all documentaries are based on facts, the "documentary" is not. This documentary is based on wishful thinking on speculations, which reel documentaries aren't based on. Secondly Alex Jones clearly demonstrates in the film that he absolutely has no scientific or any basic skills in physics or chemistry. In this film he first of all comes of with a wild crackpot theory that President George Bush planned 9/11 to get control of the world, which in it self is unlikely and Alex Jones has absolutely no proof of this. His evidence is based on his own ignorance of basic knowledge (or more likely: his manipulation of certain knowledge for a greater political picture/lie against George Bush). First of all e wrongfully claims that the 19 Muslims could never have done that (that they aren't that way) – but here history speaks against Jones; in Christian history there is examples of self-sacrifice for a greater good, and in World War 2 the infamous Kamikaze pilots of Japan killed them selves to kill Americans (because they thought that they would get into heaven, if the killed them selves for the Emperor (now doesn't that sound like something we've heard before)), and then here in modern history we have seen Extreme Islamist blowing them selves up against Russians (in Chechnya), Indians, Americans and Israelis for the defence of Islam (Jihad). When I now have given you these examples, isn't it reasonable to say that the 19 Extreme Islamist indeed could have blown them selves up to harm USA, the only power that stood against Islam? Of course it is likely, if you don't think that is likely, you must lie to yourself, especially when you saw how many Muslims (who for obvious reasons hated USA) where overjoyed with happiness. And now the fun part comes: Alex Jones claims that this theory isn't likely (everybody who can think: Laugh (HAHAHAHA)). I didn't think anybody could be that stupid, but idiocy never seizes to amaze me. But it is actually sad that a man like Alex Jones uses his political films to indoctrinate people with inferior minds to think what he does, by lies and manipulation.

Alex Jones continues this process when he misuses science to "proof" his lies upon lies. Alex Jones claims that the jet-fuel could not melt or crackle the cement or the iron of the construction. If this was true, building-engineers and architects all around the world would tell the world – once again Jones manipulates with the weak minds who believe in his films.

To proof all this, Alex Jones uses some calculations of chemistry, which for the most part are inconclusive and he only shows a few (the only ones that with tonnes of lies could have spoken for his wrong theories), and worst of all: he uses data on chemistry, fuel and iron which are wrong or misleading – where he should have used data on construction steel he instead (and intended) uses data for iron which are used for melting furnaces (a good advise: have a book on data of materials and a history book at your side, when you watch these political documentaries). And Jones of course doesn't take in to consideration that the WTC is an older building, where wear and tear has taking its toll on the metal and cement. Jones also claims that the fuel could not burn that long nor could heat the metal and cement that much up – which is plainly wrong to everyone who has gone to college, and knows about these things. With all the lacks this film has as a documentary (which I clearly have pointed out), you can clearly see this isn't a documentary but a bad and boring Science Fiction. But as a Science Fiction it is much worse than "Plan 9 from Outer Space" – it, at least, wasn't boring.

1 out of 10. It is just simply awful.

Albert Einstein once wrote: "The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its boundaries". The idiocy of this film proofs the reality of the quote.

A documentary that digs deep down in to the REAL truth unlike Fahrenheit 911 which is the biggest joke to date.
don-4921 October 2005
Everything is documented 100%. Fahrenheit 911 is a JOKE compared to this, obviously Fahrenheit 911 was to make bush look like an idiot and stray away from the complete truth. Watch a real documentary about what really happened, and if you hit pause during the movie you can actually read the news articles :) And there LOTS of other documentaries that support the FACTS made in this one, unlike Fahrenheit 911 were there a few that go along the same route. I wonder how much Michael Moore got paid to make that movie? I image quite a bit, he did have 3-4 bodyguards with him at the last republican convention in N.Y.C, what a joke.

jeghaderperkersvin6613 June 2006
Warning: Spoilers
I watched this flawed documentary, and I must say: very bad science went into it, the filmmaker have no conception of physics (if he ever graduated). The most plot of the movie is that the Bush-administration planned 9/11. At first the film is convincing, but if you think, then it is awful. Because the film says that Bin Laden at first did not admit it - yes that is true, but he did later, over and over again, and so did the rest of Al-Quada as well (and Al-Quada does exist (conspiracy-theorists: No, Al-Quada is not CIA-agents in disguise as you claim), just turn on TV from Iraq). The Al-Quada is very proud of it. And many of the people there are very clever, very clever indeed. Many of them engineers. So it is very believable that they had the brains to do it (unlike some conspiracy-theorists claims that Arabs are too dumb, so it has to be Jews (my own experience is that Arabs are like everybody else: Clever, sweat, funny and sometimes vengeful, as everybody else, so they could do it)). One of the claims of the film is that Jet-fuel could never have made the buildings go down, because jet-fuel does not burn hot enough to melt iron. Once again they show that they do not have any grasp of reality or physics. Yes, Jet-fuels burning-temperature is lower than irons, but that is in a lab. When it hits a office building, there are a lot of elements that feet the fire: there are many tables, chairs, plants, other office-stuff and tonnes of paper (but this the conspiracy-theorists completely have ignored, they take their hands to their heads and go: "lalalala, i cant hear you", because they want to believe this lie, this fantasy-story). The wood, paper and other material made the fire burn even hotter, so that the temperature was raised to the hight as the melting-temperature of Iron. But here again, the conspiracy-theorists show that they have no grasp of science or physics: heat makes metal weaker, so that iron skeleton of the building was weakened very much, so that the only think that held it up was the cement outside it. But this cement was soon crackled, because the heat of the fire made the iron expand (yes, conspiracy-theorists, heat makes metal expand, you didn't know that, did you?) so that it made the whole floor very weak, and in the end buckled under for the immense pressure on top. Conspiracy-theorists: please read some more practical physics. There maybe is one physics-professor that have stated for this theory - but then again, the same people proved the magic-bullet-theory in the case of the assassination of JFK. The science magazine: Popular mechanics have proved that all of these theories are basically wrong, you should all look it up, it is enlightening. The magazine talked to many demolition-experts and engineers who said the same things.

There are tonnes of other things in this movie which is exaggerated and misinterpreted - deliberately. This movie is mostly made by Alex Jones him self, than can be seen, so bad is the movie. Don't watch it, it is a rape of the genre "documentary", because it has nothing to do with reality. It is a fantasy-picture, where a impersonation of reality have been pulled around, to look as if it is the truth - though it is not (apparant to most educated people).

Bold Documentary
marco77-115 May 2006
The negative feedbacks against this film are brainless attacks without substance. If these people have actually seen the film, then one must conclude that they lack the intelligence to assess what they have seen. Watch this film, study the evidence, approach the subject with an open mind, and then judge for yourself.

Micheal Moore's film Farenheit 9/11 is a good effort, but it just does not measure up to Martial Law 9/11. Moore's film is far more docile. It lacks the intensity, the reality and sense of urgency that Alex Jones injects in his film. The brief moment Micheal Moore appears in Martial Law is revealing and will no doubt embarrass some of his fans.

It's all about hate-mongering or money
loleralacartelort78903 January 2006
Warning: Spoilers
This is an awful and appalling "documentary". The so-called director of this "documentary" does not have a neutral standpoint about America. If this should be a documentary, the so-called director - whatever his name is - already made up his mind before he began researching. That is not how you make a documentary. Therefore this "documentary" is not an documentary at all, and should be classified as a comedy instead. It is fine to question George Bush's motives. But to grasp the most implausible conspiracy theory and claim that they are a fact, is false and dump - even though the so-called director has no proof of anything in this so-called "documentary". The conspiracy theory in this "documentary" is as plausible and believable as theories like man didn't land on the moon and that Elvis Lives. If you want the truth, then first read some of George Bush press material, then see some of Michael Moore's documentaries (which are documentaries). Then make up your own mind - not listen to the nonsense of this "documentary". This "documentary" is so flawed, that there is only one explanation to it: Money. The so-called director of this "documentary" must have recognised that there are a lot of creepy people out there, who are prepared to believe anything. He must have seen a market for all the spooky-Mulder's out there. Therefore the director is either a dump Anti-American and a hate-monger or a very clever businessman.

excellent documentary
kerryman8612 November 2005
I found his documentary to be insightful and not full of improvable conspiracy theories. On the contrary Alex Jones uses mainstream media articles for most if not all of his sources if he didn't I would be much more skeptical. He predicted 9 11 about a month before it happened and his analysis on how the buildings were brought down has been shored up by many respected engineers, and physicists who say that without a doubt the buildings were brought down by controlled demolition. Buchanan the historian who researches the Bush family uses the library of congress as his reference for Prescott bush's activities. This is hardly what one would call tabloid journalism

This is a must see
skate_element20 March 2006
This is a must see documentary for anyone who wants to know the truth on 9/11 and those who are behind it. It is very long, as are most of Alex's films, and is so informative. For the fellow from Denmark whom seems to think Alex is envious of Micheal Moore because of that poor excuse for even "tip of the iceberg" information, I'll let you in on a little secret. It is known facts (can be found in the news) that Mr. Moore, owns stock in the companies that he trashes on his documentaries. Yes thats right, he owns more than 3,000 shares in Eli Lily (a pharma company that was headed at one time by George H.W. Bush), he owns nearly 1,000 shares of Sonoco, more than 8,000 shares in Bank One, and best of all more than 2,000 shares of Halliburton! Yes, you heard right, the company he vilified (which there is no argument here that they are criminal)in "Farenheit 9/11" he is also a shareholder in. Anyways this is all mainstream and you can find this info anywhere on the internet. Alex tells the truth, Micheal is a shill

Very bad
gunnarbuldersdottir25 March 2006
Warning: Spoilers
This so-called documentary is not a documentary. I think it is only Science Fiction - bad science fiction.

I once saw the first episode of a TV-show named "the lone gunmen", which was a spin-off of x-files. In the first episode the lone gunmen avoids an attack done by remote-controlled airplanes on the world trade center. When i saw that i thought: wow this came close to the truth. In the episode it is a shadow-American-Zionist-government, who wants to smash the tower, blame it on Arabs, and go to war. Bud most of the show was poorly made, a did not live up to a good TV-show. But the funny things was that many conspiracy-nerds believed that the show was canceled because it came to close to the truth..... right... why did they then air it??? Most that believe that the new world order has taken over live in a fantasy-world - the modern human could never keep such a secret, money and fame for exposing it would be too great, to that we would not know of it. Secondly: Greed always is in all organizations, and in secret ones it would also be, therefore we would know of it.

But it is so laughable that people can believe in such documentaries: Mr. Jones is not creditable. 1: it is mainly him, AND ONLY HIM, that has worked on the movie, so we know it is something made in a garage or on a computer - not believable. The idiot then say: it is because people are afraid of the truth, that no one will work with him: right.... people are suckers for the truth, that is one the great lessons of life, 2: there almost aren't any people that have watched this (250 people at most, and most of them are sorry excuses of human-beings, who haven't kissed a human female yet or ever). 3: Mr. Jones first documentary received a very bad grade (4 or something), and what does that tell you about him?? that he first tried to use reel footage, but was a poor filmmaker, so that he had to invent his own footage in a computer, and then arrogantly claim it is true.

Like someone said: if this Illuminati-shadow-American-government is taken over, why haven't we heard of it??? we here leaks from the white house all the time, leaks that makes us question Bush and his Government, lately by stories from Abu-Graib-prison, generally Iraq and the hurricane Catrina. If there were something about the subject, we would hear about it from the medias that hate USA: that is the Arabic TV-stations (AL Arabia and AL jasera).

If the Illuminati-shadow-Jewish-American-empire did not hesitate to kill 2000 people 9-11, why do they not kill Alex Jones?? and burn all copies of his films?? why did they allow him to make his "documentaries" about the "truth"??? Why did they not kill him in 2001, when he had not made these films, if they are so all-knowing as all claim??

The answer is they didn't: the new world order does not exist - it is only a fantasy by power-hungry mad-men.

Boring, because it is false
kallelortepik902101 August 2006
Warning: Spoilers
I really don't like this movie, posting as a documentary.

In the start it posses as a documentary: but it isn't. I know so because of the bad science used, and that the so-called director only uses websites and other things that aren't really believable proof.

I fell a sleep constantly to Alex Jones ramblings: it is very boring. And he sounds like he thinks that he has an important life, even though I strongly disbelieve that.

By the bad science i mean especially the bit about controlled demolition. To anyone who has been in the army, as I have, you would know that it takes a long time to set up such charges and that their would be wires everywhere: because you cant use remote-controlled radio frequencies there: it is the middle of N.Y. in the WTC - there would be too much interference. Plus that it would be seen by the people that work there.

Then the idiot director says something he do not know anything about: he says that Jet-fuel (Kerosine), could not have burn hot enough (ca. 1400 degrees Celsius to melt steel) to melt the steel, because jet-fuel burns at 1000 degrees Celsius. And it is here where all these conspiracy-theorists losses all their arguments, due to lack of brains. None of these conspiracy-theorists have had basic physics i doubt. The Jet-fuel doesn't need to melt steel. If you just know a little of physics, you would know that heat weakens steel, and more importantly: expands it. Plus much of the interior of the WTC (tables, plastic, plants, etc.) helped the fire get hotter. When the metal expanded, the cement crackled, and weakened the whole structure, so that it all fell down. It is so simple and logical. But of course: conspiracy-theorists doesn't know anything about logic.

Also if this world-wide secret American-Jewish-police-state had risen because they planned 9/11.... then why are Alex Jones allowed to live?? Then why can he have his poorly-made websites alone, without the government hacking them?? Why are Alex Jones and other conspiracy-theorists allowed to make all these "documentaries", if they reveal the uncomfortably truth about the crimes of the Bush-administration???

The only answer is that there is no police state, that 9/11 was NOT an inside job and that there is NO conspiracy. The conspiracy-theorists is just making this up, because 99 % of them are lonely, and wants to make them selves look important: so they make up this story full of lies, because they want to keep their prejudges that all rich American are evil, and that all Arabs are poor and stupid. Though the world is not that black and white - thank God. Thank God for conspiracy-theorists - people you can look down on, and say to yourself: "Atleast I am not like them"
