Trivia

Director Kevin McDonagh often likes to put nods to his previous film in his work. There are two references to Idol of Evil in Lycanthropy: 1. The doctor David Hilton is the same name as the hero in Idol. 2 the Victim of the vampire sisters in the bar is called Bain and is played by the actor who played the same character in Idol of Evil. The hero's wife is called Tessa Taylor and that is the name of the News reporter in McDonagh's follow up feature Enter the Cage./ See more »

Possible worst movie ever!
24 December 2007 | by (Australia) – See all my reviews

Sorry guys! I was bored and just grabbed a movie from the video store. The short description looked okay, but boy was I on for a disappointment. This is probably one of the worst movies I've ever seen! I actually fell asleep during the movie – that's how bad it was! I didn't even remember the title and had to google for at least 10 minutes on thropy just to find it back. I only remember one scene. That's where they have a dead body lying on a table and you can see the "corpse" breathing and you can see the veins throbbing! They could have used a dummy, and that would have made the scene better. What a load of nonsense and crap this movie is! If you really want to see a good movie, then don't get Lycanthropy. Maybe the producer can find him/herself another job.
