Irreverent as ever, Larry The Cable Guy plays a big city health inspector who's happy with his usual beat of greasy spoon diners and low-rent ethnic restaurants. His easygoing life is turned upside-down when he's saddled with a straight-arrow rookie partner (Iris Bahr) and assigned the biggest case of his career: investigating an outbreak of mysterious food poisonings at the city's swankiest restaurants. Infuriating restaurateurs with his bad manners, Larry still manages to charm a sweet, shy waitress (Megyn Price) into a budding romance. But when his unorthodox methods cost him his job, Larry has to go undercover to bring the conspirators to justice and 'Git-R-Done!' Written by

You're not gonna believe this, but there's a snow cone vendor out there not wearing a bra.
Is that a violation?
No, but it makes me want to get a snow cone.

As a fan of Larry the Cable Guy and the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, my husband and I really wanted to see this movie. As a matter of fact, when we heard the release date, we ensured to plan an evening around going to the theater to see this movie. I've enjoyed watching Larry the Cable Guy over the years and I knew that this movie would not be Oscar worthy, or one of the best comedies I have ever seen, but I thought it would at least be entertaining - but to our surprise, it wasn't. We were turned off within the first 10 minutes of the movie and forced ourselves to sit through the remaining 80 minutes. Usually, just hearing Larry talk is enough to make some laugh, but by the end of the movie, we even tired of that. Unfortunately, I think we will be a little gun shy in seeing any future Larry the Cable Guy movies, unless of course, , he is teamed up with the rest of the Blue Collar cast and he is doing his stand-up act. This movie isn't even worthy of watching on DVD, unless you want to hear fart gags for an hour and a half.
