In all fairness, although the project reads as "Glenn Plummer's Directorial Debut", who is indeed a fine actor, Glenn Plummer had to leave the project very early on, but due to contractual obligations, the production company was still able to use his name. This movie was not shepherded by Glenn Plummer nor was it released with his blessings.
To be honest, the film is indeed less than amazing, but there are elements (pieces of scenes) that showed promise such as the cutting back in forth from the clock in the hospital scenes and some of the camera-work when the Giddeh puts on tribal paint as he prepares to slaughter his victims.
In summation the project appears to be a story that could not withstand the enhancements of the development and post-production process.
