Now that we know for sure that "Begin Human" is returning for a fourth season on Syfy, the three primary cast members have recorded a video for the fans in which they speculate a bit on what's ahead for Sally, Aidan, and Josh.
"Being Human" stars Sam Witwer, Meaghan Rath, Sam Huntington, and Kristen Hager as vampire Aidan, ghost Sally, and newlywed werewolves Josh and Nora. Together they struggle to suppress their supernatural secrets and temptations and live their lives as close to normal as possible.
“‘Being Human’ really hit its stride creatively this year,” said Mark Stern, President of Original Content, Syfy, and Co-Head of Original Content, Universal Cable Productions (and we agree wholeheartedly). “This show has become a signature series for Syfy, and we are thrilled to have it return in 2014.”
"Being Human" is a Muse Entertainment production and is based on the acclaimed series created by Toby Whithouse and produced by Touchpaper. »

I’ll be honest here: I really wanted to like Trade of Innocents. Human trafficking is one of the largest criminal enterprises, and it poses a global problem. And this film, directed by Christopher Bessette, aims to raise some much-needed awareness and action, including links in the credits, promotional materials, and the film’s own website to Justice-Generation, which has information on resources for advocacy and action to prevent and combat trafficking. I admire Bessette’s attempts to use film as a way to get the message out, which makes it all the harder to write this review, given that this movie is just very clunky.

Human trafficking drama Eden has been doing the festival rounds for a while now since premiering at the South By Southwest event last March. Now it has a trailer online, which you can watch over at Apple.Eden follows the titular character, a Korean-American girl (Jamie Chung) who is abducted near her home and forced into prostitution by a Us human and drug trafficking ring. Throughout the two years she is held, Eden reluctantly ensures her own survival by carving out power and influence within the very organization that has imprisoned her. While the plotline sounds like it could be a basic exploitation thriller, Eden has emerged as much more than that, particularly since it’s partly based on a real-life story.Co-written and directed by Megan Griffiths, working with Rick Phillips Jr, the film features Beau Bridges, Matt O’Leary and Grace Arends. It’s set to hit American »

In her first role as Unicef Ambassador, Harmon will appear in Public Service Announcements to raise awareness about the issue of child trafficking, an inhumane and exploitative practice, and urge Americans to help end it. An estimated 5.5 million children are victims of trafficking, an illegal enterprise that generates billions of dollars in yearly profits. Human trafficking cases have been reported in every state in the United States. Part of the U.S. Fund for Unicef’s End Trafficking project, the 15, 30, and 60-second PSAs will air in January during Human Trafficking Awareness Month and appear online at http://bit.ly/HarmonTraffickingPSA. “After learning the horrifying practice of child trafficking both in the United States and abroad, »
