You can hear orgasms through hotel walls. You watch a woman get raped. You see people having sex. Bare breasts are shown.

Parts of this movie are set in a slaughterhouse. There is a very graphic scene toward the end in which a slaughterhouse worker falls into a industrial size meat grinder. The scene clearly shows the workers legs have been "chewed off". The end of the movie is very graphic depicting the slaughter of a cow and the processing it goes through to the meat being cut off the cow.

Curses in both Spanish and English.

Many of the characters are addicted to coke. You see one snorting it.

There are many intensly distubing sequences involving the goings on of a meat plant, two teenagers discuss robbing a McDonalds. A man gets lost on the Mexico/American border his body is seen dead due to heatstroke.
