Once Upon a Time fans are eagerly awaiting the show’s Season 5 premiere, which will introduce us to the evil version of Emma, who is being called the “Dark Swan.” However, just because there appears to a lot of dark stuff ahead on Once, courtesy of Emma, that doesn’t mean that the character’s portrayer, Jennifer Morrison, can’t turn the Dark Swan into something good and positive. Similar to other TV stars, such as Arrow‘s Stephen Amell and Supernatural‘s Jared Padaelecki and Jensen Ackles, Morrison has started her own charity t-shirt campaign to help raise money for a great cause. As Morrison announced on Tuesday, when the campaign kicked off, Once Upon a Time fans can now go to Represent.com and purchase an awesome Dark Swan t-shirt, and a hundred percent of the proceeds will go to support Dr. Paul Grossfeld’s research about Jacobsen Syndrome—a rare, »

“How to Get Away With Murder” has cast Amy Okuda in a recurring role for Season 2, Variety has learned exclusively.
Per usual in Shondaland, details on Okuda’s part are being kept under wraps.
Okuda was discovered through the 2014 Disney/ABC Diversity Talent Showcase. She starred in YouTube comedy web series “The Guild,” and has guest credits in “The Middle,” “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” and “Californication.” She also appears in an arc in Amazon’s “The Man in the High Castle.”
“Htgawm” marks a Shondaland reunion of sorts for Okuda, as she guest starred in one episode of “Grey’s Anatomy” during its 10th season.
She joins a recurring roster, which includes “The Vampire Diaries” alum Kendrick Sampson; “Supernatural’s” Matt Cohen, who will play Levi, a sexy, edgy, working-class guy; plus “X-Men” and “Taken’s” Famke Janssen, who will play a brilliant defense attorney who takes her job very seriously.

Ackles busted out the tune during a performance at VanCon -- a "Supernatural"-themed fan convention held in Vancouver, Canada -- on Saturday night, taking lead vocals and strumming an acoustic guitar as he sang "Simple Man." His raspy vocals fit the song perfectly, and the crowd clearly loved it, screaming as he took the stage and cheering throughout the performance.
As Entertainment Weekly notes, Ackles has performed another Skynyrd classic, "Sweet Home Alabama," publicly in the past, and a quick YouTube search of "Jensen Ackles singing" turns up plenty of results. (There's one way to liven up your Monday afternoon.)

Serious question here: Is there anything Supernatural‘s Jensen Ackles can’t do? The actor, who has starred on the hit CW series since it premiered back in 2005, has become well-known for his musical performances at many of Supernatural‘s conventions over the years, but he may have taken it to a whole new level this weekend at VanCon. During the convention for Supernatural fans, which took place in Vancouver over the weekend, Ackles hopped on stage to sing Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Simple Man, and he wasn’t alone. Joining Ackles during his rendition of the song was his current costar Mark Sheppard, who played drums, and Supernatural alumni Richard Speight Jr. and Rob Benedict, who both played guitar. As we mentioned before, this isn’t Ackles first time performing live in front of Supernatural fans. In fact, it’s pretty much become tradition that he’ll sing at least »

Sometimes a news story hits the web that ticks all the right boxes. They can be hard to be cynical about. This is one of those occasions.
The two talented writers - who could be called the 'Time Team,' if that name wasn't already taken by a show about digging - have landed a pilot production order at NBC. They’ll now be looking to find a cast and a director to bring a taster of their vision to life.
The show will focus on “an unlikely trio traveling through time to battle unknown »

Jensen Ackles has a lot to be proud of: his flawless voice, those killer looks, and that adorable bromance with Supernatural costar Jared Padalecki.
