The most recent cases are the murders of famous mob boss James Cugini, handled by Booth's FBI colleague Special Agent Jamie Kenton, and Penny Hamilton, a student, whose corps was devoured by dogs as an apparent addition to the sadistic MO of Kevin Hollings, a brilliant, slick but psychotic researcher, who wasn't even charged in a similar case which Booth failed to close years ago. Then Booth is wounded by a bomb in Bones' apartment...
