This is one of two Castle Film Shorts from the 1945 Universal Feature "Here come the Coeds" A condensed version in both 8mm & 16mm intended for the home film market.Abbott & Costello representing a Women's College(Bixby)who are in financial trouble,need to obtain quick money to save the college from closing...

Bud cons Lou(Oliver) into a supposedly fixed wrestling match against the Masked Marvel who is a friend of Bud's character(Slatts).When the masked marvel(McGurk) becomes ill before the match and is substituted by another wrestler unaware to Lou,then all hell breaks loose as Lou realizes he isn't wrestling the right man...

Very entertaining Short Subject usually paired with the other related Castle A&C Short "Fun on the Run" from the same feature "Here come the Coeds".Both A&C short films were among the most popular ever distributed by Castle Films...
