When Nani slams on the car brakes to prevent it from falling over the cliff, you can clearly see that the gas pedal and the clutch pedal are on the wrong sides. The gas pedal is to the left of the break pedal and the clutch pedal is to the right of it, they should be on the opposite sides, even though the driver's seat is on the left hand side of the car.
