WARNING--This is a very intense and rather difficult film to watch. Topics covered include domestic violence and suicide. It is NOT for kids or those who are easily disturbed.
This is a very hard film to review. On one hand, the film is exceptionally well made and the acting by both leads is great. Getting people to cry and emote realistically isn't easy and they should be applauded for doing a good job. However, at the same time, the script, while well made as well, is very, very unpleasant from start to finish--so much so that I gave my warning to viewers. It's bloody, unpleasant and full of nasty behavior. Just be careful before viewing.
