Donald and his three nephews get their hands on a treasure map and set out to hunt the big prize. Donald travels throughout the world, to places like Egypt, India, South Pole and even Transylvania, while his nephews fly an airplane. As a weapon Donald uses plungers that can freeze the enemies or stick to walls which can then be used for climbing. Other wacky weapons are popcorn and bubblegum! Quackshot is a run-and-jump platformer, with a little puzzle-solving element. Written by Shawn Watson

Quackshot was a sweet game
10 August 2005 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

My memories of Quackshot were of a game with incredible depth and complexity. Perhaps because I was 11, but I have a feeling that if I got to play it again today I would feel the same way. I recall the excitement my brother and sister felt as one of us uncovered a new place on the map. I have an XBox now with all the fanciest games in the world, but all lack the playability of Quackshot. Donald turned out to be a great video game character. He has his flaws and weaknesses, but you root for him in the end. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who invents his weapons. Without his help there would be no hope. Thats definitely one of the coolest features of the game. Your tools are weapons, but they are also necessary to advance through the levels. Also, you need certain tools to get through certain levels. I wish I could play it right now! Red plungers were sweet!
