Storyline

Mason is the ideal bachelor. At 25, Mason has what every man wants: a college degree, a good job, loyal friends, and a beautiful girlfriend - life seems perfect. But it doesn't stand still. Mason's rowdy buddies want him on the party scene, while his longtime girlfriend wants to settle into adult life. Can Mason find a balance? Or will he have to give one life up to focus on the next? Shot in a cinéma vérité style, Generation Mason is a real and intimate portrait of four young Minneapolis bachelors facing modern life's breakneck speed, endless possibilities, and the pressures that come with it. As Mason must realize, when you're pulled in every different direction, sometimes there's nowhere to go but forward. Written by Spencer Gillis from our website for the film...

A great improvement
3 April 2006 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This third installment of the Yuppie Dirtball Production group is the best written, best shot and best produced movie that the Haines brothers and company have turned out to date. More serious than their previous "Where's Jeremy", YDP brings Spencer Gillis and his leading lady Brittany Benjamin to the forefront in this quarter-life crisis story of a group of twenty somethings and how they deal with the after college assimilation into corporate America in the beautiful metropolis of Minneapolis. If the YDP group continues its improvement for each of its following releases, we all can look forward to being entertained every time we head to the premiere.
