WWE Unforgiven 2005
19 September 2005 | by (England) – See all my reviews

Unforgiven was just another passable PPV, some of the matches were crap.

Results from the PPV:

  • Ric Flair defeated Carlito to win his first Intercontinental
Championship. Even though I'm not a fan of Flair, this has got to be better than having Calito as IC Champ.

  • The Big Show pinned Snitsky in a good match.

  • Matt Hardy pinned Edge in a fantastic cage match.

  • Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch defeated The Hurricane and Rosey to win
the WWE tag team titles. At last The Super Heroes have lost the titles!

  • Trish Stratus and Ashley defeated Torrie Wilson and Victoria in a
useless match.

  • Shelton Benjamin pinned Chavo.... oh sorry Kerwin White in a fair
match.

  • Shawn Michaels pinned Chris Masters in a good match.

  • Kurt Angle defeated WWE Champion John Cena via DQ.

WWE could really need Triple H, Kane and Chris Jericho right now!

Overall Grade - C+
