A Famous Cartoon Still Draws A Lot Of Comments
15 June 2007 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This was a very informative discussion about one of the most famous cartoons in history: "One Froggy Night," a memorable animated short in which a talented dancing-musical frog came to life and tormenting its owner by not performing on request (better you see it that reading about it).

A lot of people give us comments in this short feature: from film historians to film critics to animators including Chuck Jones, the director of this famous cartoon. He talks about the "discipline" it took just to have the frog talk and no one else.

Leonard Maltin had a good comment about how amazing this was considering this character only appeared once in the history of cartoons....and yet is so well-remembered.

The "feature" can be found on the Looney Tunes Golden Collection Volume Two DVD.
