A masterpiece by Kaushik Ganguly. The story and its portrayal is so good. The calmness in the story will soothe your mind.
This movie is about a group of artists, of them one named Saumitra. Saumitra the brilliant sculptor falls in love with a girl named Teesta. Soumitra never quite thought of having a lover or he wasn't very much passionate of having woman's love but he found Teesta different. The eternal silence in Teesta's presence enchanted Soumitra in moments. They meet, they fall in love and get married to each other but the complexity strikes. And the artist finally finds the defect in his philosophy at the end.
A recommended watch for everyone. Absolutely brilliant.
