Damon has officially went rogue on my "Ish List" as the diabolical bastard I would love to stake. Sure, he's interesting when it comes to plot and story, but he has entered the "Love To Hate" pile for TV characters after tonight's events.
A Blast From The Past
Stefan is shocked to find that his old vamp buddy Lexi (guest star Arielle Kebbel, "Gilmore Girls", John Tucker Must Die!) shows up to celebrate Stefan's 162th birthday. She is a bubbly vamp and seems to take up the same ideals as Stefan. In short, I'm in love. But is it me or does it look like something is wrong with Arielle Kebbel's face? She doesn't look the same to me. Anyway…
Let me list the reasons why I love Lexi: 1), she hates Katherine, 2) she hates Damon even more and 3) she gave us an answer about the rings the Salvatore brothers wear,

I Love You, Beth Cooper
Directed by: Chris Columbus
Cast: Paul Rust, Hayden Panettiere, Jack Carpenter, Lauren Storm, Lauren London
Running Time: 1 hr 40 mins
Rating: PG-13
Due Out: November 3, 2009
Plot: A geeky valedictorian (Rust) gets the cojones to tell the most popular girl in school (Panettiere) that he has always loved her. What follows is a night they’ll never forget.
Who’S It For? Enjoying Hayden Panettiere would help when trying to watch this movie. This is the type of high school movie for those who thought John Tucker Must Die deserved a less brutal fate.
Movie:
It is a feat for a film to make its title character so undesirable, but Beth Cooper doesn’t seem to have much difficulty in doing a lot of things wrong. The film is very set on how we should feel about Hayden Panettiere’s character – she’s a goddess on earth,

Exactly a year back film maker Guddu Dhanoa (of Ziddi, Salakhen, Elaan, Tu Chor Main Sipahi fame) had announced his romantic musical Deewana Must Die. Though the film had nothing to do with similar sounding John Tucker Must Die, it had created quite some buzz around it; more so because of rumours around the film being a sequel to Shah Rukh Khan starrer Deewana which was co-produced by Dhanoa. Also, the film maker had gone ahead and roped in Adhyayan Suman in the lead role even

I Love You, Beth Cooper - International Trailer

This is why people like John Hughes are held with astronomical regard over John Tucker.
Kids, high school isn’t like this. You don’t tell the most popular girl in your grade (especially if she’s Hayden Panettiere) that you love her during your graduation speech. And she certainly does not respond in the way Panettiere’s character Beth Cooper does in the trailer for the new film, I Love You, Beth Cooper, due out July 10th.
I’m all down for a little bit of fantasy and imagination, even if it means constructing bright white lies about the social experiences only Hollywood can dream of. However, something bothers me about movies that look like they take place in high school, but are actually set in unrealistic super dimensions where a screenwriter’s unusual gimmick can steer a whole course of events that would never happen. This film looks

12 Sexy Cinematic Sirens Who Could Make Us Cheat

Obsession hits theaters this week featuring the wonderful acting talents looks of Beyonce Knowles and the ever beautiful Ali Larter. We Rejects, as you may have gleaned, are pretty big fans of the ladies and will take any opportunity to talk about them, show pictures of them, and encroach within our 100 yard restraining order distance of them. This flick seems tailor-made for us. Not to watch, of course, but rather to allow us to talk about and post pictures of hot women. In the making of this list we decided to try to limit ourselves to hot women who we'd cheat on even if our significant other was as hot as Beyonce. Also, the actresses in question had to have been featured in a movie that involved cheating in some way, shape, or sexy form. Enough talky, more lady!

Gossip Girl Spinoff Produces an Arresting Image

Gossip Girl fans will have to wait until May 11 to catch the Gossip Girl sorta-spinoff, but in the meantime this curious, and perhaps telling, image from the show has emerged.
The pilot-within-an-episode, titled "Valley Girls," will focus on Lily van Der Woodsen's wild-child past in 1980s Los Angeles. And from the looks of this promotional image—which features John Tucker Must Die actress Brittany Snow as young Lily—there was enough fun going on that the cops had to get involved.
Have your say in the comments section: Are you psyched to check out the the Gossip Girl spinoff?

If you click on over to Bdtv you'll find your very, very first look at Twisted Pictures' The Tortured, a new thriller under the helm of Rob Lieberman (who freaked me out with Fire in the Sky).
In the film starring Erika Christensen, Bill Moseley, Jesse Metcalfe, Fulvio Cecere, Alfonso Quijada, Chelah Horsdal and Thomas Greenwood, a young professional couples perfect life is shattered when their young son is abducted by a murderer who slips through the judicial system, forcing them to create their own justice.
The Tortured stars Erika Christensen who played Michael Douglas drug addicted daughter in the Oscar-winning film Traffic. Opposite Christensen, the lead actor role is played by Jesse Metcalfe, who is well known for his role in ABCs Desperate Housewives and his lead role in 20th Century Foxs John Tucker Must Die.

When you juxtapose two cultures on top of each other you have incredible potential for comedy. You can use a variety of device to mine the premise for all its comedic gold: fish out of water (Coming to America), misinterpretation (The Gods Must Be Crazy), full-out mockery (Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls), and so on. These are the overarching themes that combine smaller tools of comedy to make a full movie. The Other End of the Line falls short of completing one of these themes and never rises any higher than joke after joke of colloquialisms.
