Around 3 or 4 instances of brief upper female nudity.

Two characters are very briefly shown passionately kissing, implying that they're about to have sex, although this is all non-explicit.

There are occasional war scenes shown but they remain rare throughout the movie. If shown they are pretty graphic, in the opening scene, you see people get shot up with AK-47's, corpses lie around in some scenes. It's implied that a pregnant woman was shot in the stomach multiple times, you see blood and impact wounds on her belly. A bloody limb is seen lying on the ground in one scene. A man is shot in the head, then shot two times in his naked abdomen. Blood is on the ground. There is a hostage scene where abducted characters face execution with an axe. Intense but not graphic.

Around 150 instances of profanity total, including nearly 100 F-words, nearly 30 uses of shit, and around 20 other milder but still strong profanities.

Simon smokes marijuana a couple times. Many characters drink in a few scenes. Minor characters(extras, background people, etc.) are seen smoking a couple times.

The scene with a killed pregnant woman may be disturbing. One intense scene where several men are abducted and face interrogation and execution.

Most of the film is stark contrast between intense and serious scenes mixed with humorous undertones.

Rated R for strong language and some violent content
