- A young girl is sexually assaulted by two mutants. Another has a mutant forcibly drink milk from her breast. The entire sequence is very disturbing to watch.

- The opening titles consist of photos of deformities including babies and children.
- A severed ear is seen in a box, blood and flesh is shown also.

Violence & Gore
- A teenager follows a blood trail to the corpse of a dog we then see that it has been gutted.
- A man and a mutant have a long fight in which the mutants arm is bitten by a dog (no blood), the man is grabbed by the throat and lifted into the air and is then thrown to the floor, the mutant is stabbed in the stomach with a broken baseball bat, the mutant then pulls it out of the wound (some blood), the man is hit in the face with the broken baseball bat, he is then tackled through a wall by the mutant and is then thrown through a window, his two fingers are then cut off with an axe (blood spurts), the mutant then has a screwdriver stabbed through his foot (blood is seen), the man pulls the aformentioned minature flag out of the corpse and pushes it through the mutants neck (blood spurts), the man then hits the mutant in the head with an axe. (flesh bursts from the wound).
- The incinerated mutant is found to be still alive with graphic burn marks all over his body, he is killed with a pickaxe to the forehead (offscreen but bloody aftermath).
