I saw the last week this Jose Allende's opera prima and I'm really excited about when he's going to made his second film. This movie made me think that Mexico is more than the typical capital country urban movie or a dusty town. It is a unique Mexican vision that didn't fall in parameters of this Mexican industry. I feel that it has a European style, with a universal theme, it has an excellent photography and an intelligent edition. Maybe it could have some dialogues problems, and some characters I would like more if I could know more about them, but this problems are very common in operas primas and I don't blame the director. To be his first feature is excellent.
