In E-mail #24, "The Bird", Strong Bad drops the Pom Pilot on the ground while up close, but when the camera zooms out, the Pom Pilot is gone.
In "Dragon", Coach Z and Strong Sad's respective drawings face a different direction in the close-ups from the previous scenes.
In "Monster Truck", the shadow of the fence starts a fair distance out from the fence itself, and the shadow for the end of the fence is strangely jagged.
In E-mail 41, "Invisibility", when Strong Bad knocks the Tandy 400 off the desk, a piece of Strong Bad's reflection from the computer screen can be seen on the wall.
In the earlier e-mails, a keyboard can be heard typing, even after Strong Bad stops doing so.
In Email 100, "Flashback", Strong Bad claims to have lost count of the number of emails he's answered at around 51. But he knew which number Email 91 ("Caffeine") was, he said at the start, "And coming in at #91 it's EMAIL!"
In Email 91, "Caffeine," Strong Bad successfully slips Strong Sad caffeine using Sanka coffee, but Sanka coffee is decaffeinated.
In "Ghosts", the Tandy's ghost still has the scorch marks and duct tape, but the cracks on the screen have disappeared completely.
