The 2005 edition of the annual Bodil Awards awarded top honours for best Danish picture to King's Game, while the four acting awards went one each to Kongekabale, In Your Hands, Brothers and With Blood on My Hands: Pusher II. Tintin and I was named best documentary. Hosted by Michael Carøe, the show also saw the international awards go to Look at Me and Lost in Translation while Morten Søborg won a diploma for cinematography and Janus Billeskov Jansen received the honorary Bodil.
