Sex and nudity scene in order of time shown:

A man & woman kiss passionately. However, they are interrupted before they could do anything else.

A man is seen in the shower from a distance. You can tell he is nude but no 'parts' are shown.

A man says to a woman "sit on my lap" and she sits.

Woman has sex with man in car.

Nb. A woman wears tight fit and exposing clothing, throughout the movie.

There is a rather large amount of violence, much of it is bloody.

The main theme of this movie is that imprisoned people must kill their way to freedom in a literal destruction derby known as DEATH RACE...participants are allowed to use any means to make sure their opponents don't win... even if that means killing them.

The opening scene shows a man who dies in a car crash.

SWAT officers are seen rioting and beating people down. The scene is brief, but you see some violence. (Not bloody-some violence).

Jensen's wife is stabbed off screen, and her body is seen laying out on the floor, some blood on her shirt is seen. Jensen fights the killer, the killer knocks him out after making a shooting gesture at him with his gun.

Prisoners are seen getting in a fight in the cafeteria of the prison. . Jensen has rough nightmares about his wife getting killed.

Pachenko's team gets into a fight with Jensen, and the two team members of the drivers end up beating each other badly. A man gets his hands crushed and two other are knocked out with poles.

A mans neck is snapped in the middle of a race

In the third race, Joe and the main character are seen battling each other intensely. Lots of explosions including a scene where a sign gets shot at and explodes.

A man gets a box disguised as a "congratulations" present, but really is a bomb. The office explodes as soon as a man detonates the bomb.

There is a scene where a man releases napalm from his car and burns another driver, in their car, to death.

A man cuts himself in his face. this is brief and only leaves a small cut.

Two prisoners get hit by 50 cal bullets to the faces.

A prisoner gets out of his car after a crash.and gets his head cut off. by a gun on a another car.

32 uses of fuck, 16 uses of shit, 11 uses of damn, 10 uses of hell, 8 uses of ass, 5 uses of bitch, 5 uses of son of a bitch, 4 uses of the n- word, 1 use of pussy, 1 use of cock sucker, 1 use of bastard, 1 use of god damn it.

Most characters smoke.

Some of the violence can be classified as intense.
