(at around 1h 1 min) When Paxton is handcuffed to the chair and his torturer grabs the three-pronged metal pole, Paxton is shown with bloody hole marks on his shirt. Then it shows the guy holding the rod, then hitting Paxton twice, then the shot goes back to Paxton and the bloody holes are there. The holes were added and filmed before the torturer hit him.

(at around 1h) In the scene with the torture of the "American" character, we can see the man inflicting the torture is visibly uncomfortable. At one point, he removes his face mask from his left ear, but the right ear remains on. At the end, after Paxton cuts off two fingers from the businessman's left hand, he bursts into the toilet stall to further punish him. When he is holding the businessman's head in the toilet, the businessman's left hand is focused on. While it is covered in blood, the stumps of the fingers are no longer bleeding. Such a cut would not clot in seconds.
(at around 8 mins) The street sign in Amsterdam says Heerengrachtstraat, gracht being the Dutch word for canal and straat being the Dutch word for street. The name is actually just Heerengracht without the -straat- at the end.
The Dutch business man claims that he always wanted to be a surgeon, but the boards would not let him pass due to his tremor. The Dutch education system doesn't work that way. Prospective Medicine students need to meet certain educational standards, and only a limited number of students is allowed, but physical limitations have never been legal ground to refuse someone from entering or finishing the study. Students with limitations usually drop out because they are unable to keep up; there is a study board that can dismiss students, but only when they do not meet their educational targets, or when there are disciplinary charges.
This assumes that the man is referring to the Dutch education system but there is no evidence for this. He may have been living in a different country during the time he's referring to.

In the Director's cut version when Paxton kidnaps the Dutch Businessman's daughter she makes no attempt to scream or shout for help.
The two girls talking to Paxton say to him, "Sprechen Sie Deutsch?" but the closed caption spells it phonetically as "spreken ze deutsch?"

The beginning of the movie takes place in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands. One of the characters has a conversation in the Dutch language. However, the language he's speaking isn't actually Dutch, but German.

(at around 1h 27 mins) When the bad guy walks into the toilet at the end, all signs should be in German. Right above the walkway is a sign that says "Kabinky" which is Czech and Slovak.
IN the last scene, Paxton is showed alighting from the train at Vienna-how did he cross the border from Slovakia into Austria, when one of the Elite Hunting staff had retained his passport?..
Quite easily. A passport isn't required to cross between these two countries.

As Paxton flees by train , he hears the Dutch businessman talking behind him in the carriage. He follows him and kills him. However, Paxton himself never saw the man in the torture facility. Only Josh did. Neither has Paxton seen his tattoo. So Paxton could never have known the man was involved.
Paxton sees the Dutch Businessman dissecting Josh when he first arrives at the torture facility. He briefly makes eye contact with the Dutch Businessman before continuing to follow Natalya down the corridor.
