Quentin Tarantino "presents" the sophomore film by Eli Roth (Cabin Fever), a gruesome horror about a pair of ugly American tourists (Jay Hernandez and Derek Richardson) backpacking through Europe with an Icelandic traveling buddy (Eythor Gudjonsson) who head to a Slovenian city rumored to be a hedonistic haven for tourists. Their hostel turns out to be a dungeon where they are served up as torture subjects to bloodthirsty sadists who like to savor their savagery. The unrated DVD features even more blood and severed body parts than the theatrical cut.
