Roy Mack shoots Richard Himber & orchestra in a series of musical numbers that might have comprised a short set for the band some evening. The big number is Mr. Himber's signature number, "Chanson Bohemienne". The band's vocalist is Joey Nash, who sings a couple of numbers very well -- pretty soapy arrangements, but that's what sold back then.

There's also a dancing couple who are pretty good dancing to a Latin number. Frankly, although I recognize several of the names, there are few top quality soloists -- Bunny Berrigan was supposed to be in the band about this time, but he doesn't show up. Everyone seems more than competent, but the music is not orchestrated for the music fan and no one gets a solo.
