Good acting, Bad directing, 14 June 2007
4/10

OK, I just borrowed this movie. The acting was fairly good considering it was an indie. Hadley(good emotion), Williams(despite a Tom Cruise look, did a good job transitioning from one part of the film to the other) and Bullard(natural talent) did a great job. Didn't like the ending, saw it coming. Besides the obvious holes in the story, I think it flowed well. Technically I thought it was boring, the camera didn't follow the actors (in some scenes they dipped out of frame for too long), there were no rolling shots (it was to confined, like the director didn't know how to make the camera move), lips didn't match ADR, the lighting was horrible, makes me wonder what film school these people went to? I gave it a 4 because of the acting, it's what held the film together. The actors deserved a better effort from the director.
