Whats the fight?

I am a 8 year veteran of the Marine Corps (Kenya Conflicts, Bosnia, IRAQ). I just served around 2.5 years there and although the show is not a 100% accurate, it is close! Like meiersk78 stated, the show still has to have drama and action to keep the ratings and the show going. Most of the episodes show events that I have even faced while serving there. It seems to me that they are trying to cover as much as possible as to whats going on there. I truly enjoy the show, have not missed an episode and really rave about it! Semper Fi Marines, thats who the show should be based on!!!!!! Ha Ha If you have not served in Iraq or the middle east, or in any recent campaign or operation with the military (in particular the Army or Marines) then how can anyone say anything about the show and how it is real or not. ITS TV PEOPLE, UNDERSTAND THAT!!!! IF YOU WANT AN ACCURATE ACCOUNT TO WHAT ITS REALLY LIKE OVER THERE, WATCH A DOCUMENTARY (PRETTY BORING UH??) Its FX, and I believe that it shows a good point of view about our lives (except not every spouse cheats, most do, but not all of them). JUST ENJOY THE SHOW PEOPLE!
