shame neither Bowie or Torn took part
18 May 2005 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

It contains interviews with Executive Producer Si Litvinoff, Director Nicolas Roeg, Production Designer Brian Eatwell, cast members Candy Clark and a few others. I would have loved to hear from David Bowie himself or Rip Torn for that matter, but sadly it wasn't in the cards. This featurette is alright without their respective presence, but having both of them contribute would have put it over the top in my mind. Pretty much all the basics are covered even if it doesn't go particularly in depth. This 24 minute documentary can be found on disk 2 of Anchor Bay's 2-DVD special edition of the movie "The Man who fell to Earth"
