Oh...I haven't seen a movie this bad in a long time, and I pretty much watch bad movies exclusively. This is a completely retarded sci-fi comedy with a cast of barely recognizable has-beens and would-have-beens, and the story is pretty "out there"...in the future, the mentally challenged are sent to institutions on other planets which have been made inhabitable through technology. One of these "crazy people planets" becomes the apex of an invasion plot schemed by extraterrestrial rodent-men. The mental patients, naturally, are ignored in reporting this savage plot, so it's up to them to save the Earth.

Painfully bad, unamusing waste of time is an embarrassment to all involved.
