Storyline

Roshan is a struggling artiste, and is in love with Bhavna. He proposes to her, and they get married. Roshan's main aim in marrying Bhavna, who is attractive, is to impress his clientele, one of whom makes an advance against Bhavna, resulting in Bhavna slapping him, while Roshan was flirting with Bhavna's cute sister. This client is offended, and makes it known to Roshan, and tells him that he will avenge this humiliation (Apmaan). Roshan is displeased with his wife, and severely reprimands her. The client then prepares a plan against Bhavna, which change her life forever. Written by rAjOo (gunwanti@hotmail.com)

A great movie but not for kids!!
7 December 2010 | by (london) – See all my reviews

A revenge saga of one man's quest to get justice for his family's honor. A cult classic with songs that will stay with for a long time. It also launched Anupam Kher into the Bollwood stratosphere and now he is one of the most respected character actors of the last three decades. This was the directorial and acting debut of the very talented and highly underrated man Ami Asthana.Being one of the first movies to incorporated two very different genres in one fantastic movie i.e. marital arts and disco. The movie was great fun to watch and would recommend to any action flick lover who wants to know who introduced martial arts to Bollywood. A feat even the legendary Bruce Lee could not achieve.
