This is a movie that will prompt every grown man to remember what it was like to have adolescent fantasies - it will leave a smile on your face.
It begins with young Johnny running an errand for his mom. From Johnny's perspective, it seems like his mom is so focused on his baby sister, Caroline, that Johnny is clearly second fiddle. The errand takes Johnny to the subject of his fantasies, Stepanie, the beautiful bakery worker. Johnny's troubles start on the way home. Just when it seems like it's all going downhill for Johnny, he bounces back and proves that kids are quite resilient, especially in matters of the heart.
Although the movie is a fantasy story, it has a real feel to it.
