This Sunday night the WWE will crown their 18th Mr. Money in the Bank. Since the debut of the Money in the Bank ladder match at WrestleMania 21, the bout has given us 17 victors, 15 of which have gone on to win world titles- a good omen for whoever walks away the winner this Sunday night.

Ever since the first cash-in at New Year’s Revolution 2006, the WWE have tried to surprise fans and come up with different and innovative ways to deploy the gimmick, the majority of which have been successful.

Cesaro broke away from his tag team and broke out by winning the Andre the Giant Memorial Trophy. Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin, and the Rock hung out in the ring and had a blast. Mr. T and Roddy Piper buried the hatchet. Daniel Bryan went through an endless supply of punishment before being defeating Triple H, Randy Orton, and Batista.

WrestleMania 33 – ‘The Ultimate Thrill Ride’ – is this Sunday night and the WWE have put together one hell of a stacked card.  Every title, bar the Smackdown tag team championships, are set to be defended on the show, while several legends like Triple H and The Undertaker are also stepping back into the ring.

Whether or not the card will be any good remains to be seen, but the company has done a fairly good job in building some excitement for the event in the last month or so – and surely it can’t be any worse than WrestleMania 32? Who knows, but before we get to the event, here are my predictions for how each of the announced matches will play out…
