Glee’s Missing Klaine “Box Scene” Revealed

30 May 2012 1:48 PM, PDT | The Backlot | See recent The Backlot news »

Blaine liked it, but it seems Fox just wouldn’t let him put a ring on it.

That’s what Glee’s Klaine fans have assumed ever since a scene where Blaine gives Kurt a box containing a ring he’d made out of gum wrappers was cut from the Season 3 Christmas episode -- a chop job so surprising my recap of the episode was entitled “No Box.”

Men in Black 3 - What Did You Think?

26 May 2012 3:16 AM, PDT | WorstPreviews.com | See recent Worst Previews news »

After long delays, issues with the script, controversy regarding Will Smith's bus, and a bloated budget, the third installment in the "Men in Black" franchise somehow came together and is now playing in theaters. If you already had the chance to see it, we want to know what you thought. Write your mini-reviews in the comments section below. The movie has a 68% fresh rating on RottenTomatoes, with most critics agreeing that it's much better than the second film and is possibly the best installment in the series. But many warn that that's not saying much. "Men in Black 3" grossed $1.5 million from midnight screenings, which is nowhere near the $10.4 million that "The Hangover: Part 2" grossed from its midnight showings last Memorial Day weekend. The film also couldn't beat other Memorial Day sequels like "Terminator Salvation" and "Sex and the City 2," which earned $3 million from their midnights screenings. So »

'Mib 3' Set to Vanquish 'Avengers' Over Memorial Day

24 May 2012 9:15 PM, PDT | Box Office Mojo | See recent BoxOfficeMojo.com news »

Midnight Update: Mib 3 didn't attract much interest at midnight, earning just $1.55 million from 2,233 locations. That's obviously nowhere close to The Hangover Part II's $10.4 million midnight start last Memorial Day weekend; more concerning, though, is that it doesn't compare favorably to past Memorial Day sequels Terminator Salvation and Sex and the City 2 (both around $3 million) either. Those movies debuted on Thursday, and wound up with five-day openings of $65.3 million and $51.04 million, respectively. Meanwhile, Chernobyl Diaries earned $525,000 from over 1,300 theaters at midnight. After three weeks on top, The Avengers will almost certainly have to settle for second place behind Mib 3 over Memorial Day weekend. The sci-fi comedy three-quel, which marks star Will Smith's return to the big screen following a three-and-a-half-year absence, will reach 4,248 theaters, which is the 12th-widest opening ever. Horror flick Chernobyl Diaries will also open nationwide at 2,433 locations, though it's unlikely to drive significant traffic. It's »
