I saw this movie in the Valdivia Film Festival, in the south of Chile. The actors and roles are wonderfully executed, and they tell a story that doesn't intend on being pretentious, but tries to reflect a way of living in a country that was once rich but now has to overcome many problems, specially unemployment. The story unravels itself mainly in a restaurant/bar where many neighbors meet and they're stories collide. A very human film made by a woman that has dedicated her life to acting. This first film of her hopefully brings on a second one, in a country where cinema is taking up slowly. I come from Chile, but I feel very related to the Argentinian cinematography, and hopefully some day my country will live up to it's standards just like Argentina.
