Late at night, on the streets of Mexico City, a young man hails a cab and directs the driver to 5th and Insurgentes. As the cabbie drives, the young man, Alejandro, pulls out a cell phone and calls 911, requesting an ambulance for 5th and Insurgentes where a cab driver lies with a squashed head. He then calls his grandmother and asks how to get blood out of his shirt. The cabbie keeps driving: toward his destiny or toward a great laugh? Written by
