Sex & Nudity

  • A character is in a heated argument with a monkey which ends with him saying "It was mating season, how could I have known she was your sister?!"
  • Every time Dr. Nefarious becomes overly angry, he short-circuits and audio of questionable romance stories plays from his head, some featuring audio of kissing. Some of these are even hinted at to be sexual in nature, although this is all audio only and Nefarious is fixed before anything too graphic is heard.
  • Mild suggestive themes and crude humor.
  • Courtney Gears has a curvaceous and busty body, and she wears tight bikinis.
  • An alien talks about Captain Qwark being naked and holding what he thought it was a banana but was cut off by the Nature's Mysteries announcer.
  • A few mild kisses (mostly between the protagonist and his love interest), Many innuendo jokes (The title for example).

Violence & Gore

  • Mild fantasy violence throughout and some animated blood.
  • Ratchet Shoots through many robots and aliens trying to kill him. Death of some enemies results in slime. Several characters die or get injured onscreen although there is no blood. A reporter is heavily implied to have been killed after broadcasting on the news. On the planet "Annihilation Nation" you can hear the screams of other competitors dying on the obstacle course. Characters are forcibly converted to robots assist them in there galaxy-wide quest to kill all organic life.

Profanity

  • "Screw" is said once in a non-sexual context. A character is about to say "Kick some ass!", but the profanity is covered by radio noise.
  • Some uses of mild language.
  • Damn and Hell are said a few times. A character goes to say "What a load of Bullshit" but gets interrupted after saying "Bull"

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Mild use of tobacco in the form of cigar smoking.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Mild intense action throughout involving science fiction weapons.
  • Compared to the first two games, this one has an emphasis on humor.
  • The fact that Clank has been briefly replaced with an evil twin named Klunk can be suprising.
  • Varying intimidating boss enemies and planets. Several Planets are under a huge attack when you Visit. A planet called "Annihilation Nation" hosts a death course where competitors frequently die, one of which is burned to death onscreen, although it's only shown for a second. Themes of Racism towards robots and life forms with the robots calling the life forms "squishes."

  • Qwark is trapped on an exploding spaceship and is presumed dead, with the Q-Force having a funeral for him, although he is later revealed to have survived and intentionally ditched the Q-Force out of cowardice of preserving his own life over others.
