5 years after the events of the first Knights of the Old Republic, by which Revan had gone into the unknown regions of space, a Jedi Exile finds him/herself on Peragus II, a mining station, dazed and lost. Trapped and hunted, the Exile must get out and find out why Jedi are hated and hunted. The Jedi are almost extinct, and the Exile is believed to be the last one. However, the exile is cut off from the force, but on Peragus the Exile discovers that the connection still exists, albeit extremely faint. Your re-connection with the force continues during a quest in which you hunt down and kill the Jedi Masters who severed you from the force, or you re-establish the Jedi Academy and restore the Jedi.
